Just the common observation around helps uncover the situation. The book #VISUism Corporate Stories part-1 is no less than the epitome for the organisation problems to that of Agatha Christie's stories. The way author asks the right questions (Socratic approach) and resultant melting of seemingly complex corporate problems is fabulous.
